Color-coated steel sheets are produced on continuous lines using cold-rolled strips and galvanized strips (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as substrates. After surface pre-treatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), one or more layers of liquid coating are applied using a roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling to obtain the sheets.
